If you have a quality issue with one of our products, then we need to know about it and we need to get that product back so that we can share it with our employees and learn from our mistakes- in that case, we will be happy to refund your purchase price or give you a replacement product- just send an email to tom@dhmkids.com before you send something back so that we can give you shipping instructions and can handle it quickly.
In the case of a size issue or a duplicate (the item does not fit or they already received a similar gift from someone else), we will be glad to give a merchandise credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping). The product will need to be in "as new" condition when returned and you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return and the replacement.
